Coenzyme Q10

Cellular energy, better absorbed.

CoQ10 is what your cells use to turn food into usable energy — most concentrated in the tissues that never clock off, like your heart and muscles. Your body makes it on its own, but levels dip with age, stress, and modern living.

Supports & benefits
  • 100mg of CoQ10 (ubiquinone) per serving – a clinically studied daily dose.
  • Paired with 5mg black-pepper piperine for ~30% greater CoQ10 absorption.
  • Supports cellular energy production your body relies on every day.
  • Supports heart health and antioxidant defense against everyday oxidative stress.
  • Replenishes CoQ10 that naturally declines with age.
  • Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone) — 100mg: The cellular energy and antioxidant active. Supports ATP production in your cells and helps defend against oxidative stress.
  • Piperine (Black Pepper Extract, 98% pure) — 5mg: The absorption enhancer. Clinically shown to increase CoQ10 bioavailability so more reaches your system.

How to use Take one capsule daily with a glass of water, ideally alongside a meal. Coenzyme Q10 is fat-soluble, so food — especially something with a little fat — helps your body absorb it, and the piperine in the capsule supports that further.

Morning with breakfast is an easy time to keep it consistent; Coenzyme Q10 builds up with steady daily use, so the routine is what counts.

can't absorb, this one's built to.

Clinically Dosed 100mg of CoQ10 (ubiquinone) — the dose studied in research. Built for Absorption Paired with piperine for ~30% greater CoQ10 uptake. Cellular Energy Fuels the mitochondria your cells use to make energy.
Just Two Actives No fillers. CoQ10 and black-pepper piperine, nothing else.

Your CoQ10 Absorption Journey

Day 1

Consumption day

• Within hours of first capsule, CoQ10 enters the bloodstream, peaking around 5–10 hours. The piperine is already at work improving how much a body absorb.

Week 1-2

Levels climb fastest

• This is when blood CoQ10 rises most steeply. In clinical studies using 100 mg daily, plasma levels increased rapidly across the first 7–14 days.

Weeks 3-4

Reaching steady state

• CoQ10 levels stabilize at a new, higher baseline. By around 3 weeks, the piperine's absorption advantage becomes statistically measurable versus CoQ10 alone.

Week 8+

Fully topped up

• With consistent daily use, blood CoQ10 settles at significantly elevated levels — in trials, more than double the baseline at 100 mg/day. Consistency is what sustains it.

Frequently asked questions

1. Will I actually feel a difference?

Honestly — maybe not in an obvious, day-one way, and any brand promising you’ll “feel energised by Tuesday” is overselling. CoQ10 works at the cellular level, supporting energy production and antioxidant defence. What the research reliably shows is that consistent supplementation raises your blood CoQ10 to a higher, stable level. Think of it as restoring something your body makes less of with age, not a stimulant you’ll feel kick in.

The opposite of filler — it’s the reason this product exists. CoQ10 is notoriously hard to absorb; much of a standard dose never makes it into your system. Piperine (from black pepper) improves how much CoQ10 your body takes up. In a human study, CoQ10 paired with 5mg piperine produced meaningfully higher blood levels than CoQ10 alone over three weeks. You’re paying for absorption, not just dose.
It’s a clinically studied daily dose with a strong safety record. In a randomised controlled trial, 100mg/day significantly raised serum CoQ10 over two months — more than a lower 30mg dose. Higher doses (200–300mg+) exist and are used in specific clinical settings, but for general daily support in healthy adults, 100mg with an absorption enhancer is a sensible, well-evidenced choice.
This is ubiquinone, the oxidised form. You may have read that ubiquinol (the reduced form) absorbs better. The evidence is genuinely mixed — some studies favour ubiquinol in older adults, others show no meaningful difference, and individual response varies. What’s less debated is that formulation and absorption matter more than form alone, which is the gap the piperine is here to close.
Blood levels start rising within the first week and climb fastest over the first two weeks. Most people reach a stable, elevated baseline (“steady state”) by around 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. The key word is consistent — CoQ10 clears from the body over days, so skipping doses lets levels drift back down.
Once daily. Because CoQ10 is fat-soluble, taking it with a meal that contains some fat (not a plain glass of water) helps absorption. Time of day matters less than consistency — pick a moment you won’t forget.
This is the right question to ask. Piperine enhances absorption by slowing how the body breaks down certain compounds — which is great for CoQ10, but means it can also affect how some prescription medications are absorbed or metabolised. The dose here (5mg) is small, but if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before starting. This isn’t a formality — it’s the honest answer.
