These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shoppillpop.com, our associated applications, content, communication channels and services, and your purchase of products offered on them (together, the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by GENEVO VENTURES, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at OFF NO-01, FIRST FLOOR, BALNIKETAN BHAWAN, HAMIDIA ROAD, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh-462001 (“Pillpop”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), holding FSSAI License No. 11426999000215.
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical or digital signature.
The Platform is available only to persons aged 18 or above who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are purchasing on behalf of another adult, you represent that you are authorised to do so. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering or ordering, and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account; accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or incomplete information or that we reasonably believe are being misused.
Pillpop products are nutraceuticals and food supplements regulated under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and applicable FSSAI regulations. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on the Platform — including product descriptions, articles, quiz results and customer reviews — constitutes medical advice, and no content on the Platform creates a doctor-patient relationship.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, undergoing treatment, or have a medical condition. Products are intended for adults 18 and above unless otherwise stated. Do not exceed the stated recommended usage. Individual results vary, and outcomes described on the Platform or in testimonials are not guarantees of your results. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for consequences of use contrary to label directions or this Section.
Display of products on the Platform is an invitation to offer, not an offer. Your order is an offer to purchase; a binding contract arises only when we dispatch the products, regardless of any automated acknowledgment you receive. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any order in whole or in part before dispatch — including for suspected fraud or abuse, resale or bulk purchasing, pricing or description errors, unavailability of stock, or inability to serve your location — and our sole obligation in such cases is to refund amounts you have paid for the cancelled portion. We may impose quantity limits per order, per person or per household. Products are sold for personal consumption only and may not be resold or commercially redistributed without our written consent.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. We may revise prices, products and promotions at any time without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it. In the event of a manifest pricing or description error, we may cancel affected orders before dispatch and refund amounts paid.
Payments are processed through our checkout and payment partners (currently including GoKwik and its integrated payment gateways) supporting cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets and such other methods as are shown at checkout. We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. We may withhold dispatch or require additional verification where a payment is flagged for risk, and we may recover amounts for chargebacks raised in bad faith, to the extent permitted by law.
Where offered, cash on delivery (“COD”) is available subject to serviceability of your location and an order-value limit of ₹2000. COD orders may require telephonic or OTP confirmation and may be cancelled if confirmation fails or delivery is refused. Certain promotions and discounts may be unavailable on COD orders. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for your account. Your statutory rights in respect of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products are not affected by your choice of COD.
We currently ship within India to serviceable pin codes. Delivery timelines shown on the Platform are estimates and are indicative only; we are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, we may cancel the order and deduct reasonable shipping costs from any refund to the extent permitted by law. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.
You may cancel an order before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, returns are governed by this Section and our Return & Refund Policy published on the Platform. Because our products are consumable food supplements, opened or used products, and products with broken seals, are not eligible for return, except as required by law. Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
If a product you receive is damaged, defective, expired, or not what you ordered, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@shoppillpop.com with your order number and photographs, and we will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping, after verification. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for COD orders) within a reasonable period, ordinarily 7–10 business days from approval. Nothing in this Section limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
If we offer subscription purchases, recurring billing occurs only with your explicit consent at sign-up, at the frequency and price disclosed to you. We will notify you before each renewal charge where the law requires. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle and does not refund periods already charged, except as required by law or our Return & Refund Policy.
Promotions, offers, referral benefits and discount codes are subject to the specific terms disclosed with them, are valid only for the stated period, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined. We may deny or reverse benefits obtained through misuse, multiple accounts, or breach of offer terms.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

If you submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, testimonials, suggestions or other content to the Platform or tag us on social media (“User Content”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display and distribute that User Content in connection with our business and marketing, in any media, with attribution to the name you posted under. You represent that your User Content is your own, is accurate, reflects your genuine experience, and does not infringe any third-party rights. We may moderate, decline to publish, or remove User Content at our discretion, and we do not knowingly publish paid or fabricated reviews. We are not responsible for User Content posted by users; any reliance on it is at your own risk.
The Platform and all its content — including the Pillpop name and logo, trademarks, trade dress, product names, formulations, label designs, text, graphics, images, video, software and their selection and arrangement — are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. No other right or licence is granted; you may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, republish, or commercially exploit any Platform content or products without our prior written consent.
The Platform may contain links to, or integrate services of, third parties — including payment gateways, logistics providers, social-media platforms and content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control or endorse third parties and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, are not responsible for their content, services, security or practices. Links are provided for convenience only.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform — including uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the accuracy or completeness of content. Product information on the Platform is provided for general information; the label on the product you receive governs its use. Nothing in this Section excludes warranties, conditions or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights in respect of defective products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Platform or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages; and (b) our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability arising from our fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your User Content, or your misuse of the Platform or products. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you will cooperate with us.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, strikes and labour disputes, government action, regulatory changes, utility or infrastructure failures, and disruptions affecting logistics or payment networks. Our obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or cancel outstanding orders (with a refund of amounts paid for undelivered products), if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. We may also modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform or any product at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 12, 13, 16, 17, 18 and 21 — survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be sought to be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and proceedings conducted in English. Subject to the foregoing, courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this Section deprives you of any right you may have to approach a consumer forum or other authority under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and apply prospectively; your continued use of the Platform after posting constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions or accounts will be notified by email or on the Platform. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order is placed.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Return & Refund Policy and any offer-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Platform and supersede prior understandings. Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to an affiliate or successor in business. Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. Domestic use. The Platform is intended for use in India; we make no representation that it is appropriate or available elsewhere, and users accessing it from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for local compliance. Notices. Notices to us must be sent to the addresses in Section 24; notices to you may be sent to the contact details registered with us and are deemed received on delivery.
